My collision editor is not show. so how i can make collision?

No need to ask the question twice. I answered it here:

My menu edit terrain information not show

Same thing as with the terrain information. You first need to click the small “Edit Tileset” button below the tileset view, where you will find the tile collision editor (can be enabled with a button on the tool bar or from the “Tileset” menu that appears when editing a tileset).
