# Cannot Install Tiled

Hello, I downloaded Tiled but when I tried to install it, this message popped up.

I tried 64 and 32 bit versions, I tried both Github and [itch.io](http://itch.io) versions, and I tried running the file as administrator through the command prompt, Nothing worked. All other .msi and generally installations work tho. Could someone please help?

Unfortunately, I have no idea what could be causing that error, and it’s the first time I hear about it.

As an alternative, you could use the .zip packages available at [Actions · mapeditor/tiled · GitHub](https://github.com/mapeditor/tiled/actions/workflows/packages.yml?query=branch%3Amaster+event%3Apush). Make sure you’re logged in to GitHub, click a recent successful build there (usually latest) and then scroll down to “Artifacts”. The “Tiled-win64” link for example is a .zip file of the 64-bit Windows build.
