Is there any way to select a group of tiles, either on one layer or multiple layers, and rotate them by 90 degrees? How can I do that?

Thanks
Bob

You can not do this with multiple layers currently.

To do it for a single layer, select the _Stamp Brush_, right-click-drag the area you want to rotate (it’ll get captured and becomes the current stamp), press `Z` (or `Shift+Z`) to perform the rotation on the current stamp and then paint down the stamp as usual.

If you need to get rid of tiles because the area is partly transparent, use instead the _Rectangular Select_ tool, select the area you want to rotate, cut (`Ctrl+X`), paste (`Ctrl+V`) and then perform the rotation same way as above.
