# Issue with Terrain Tool while Following Documentation

Hello everyone. I am a new user of Tiled and I encountered an issue while working my way through the documentation. The following results are from drawing a straight line with the terrain tool:

Here are my terrain definitions:

I’m almost certain it’s user error on my end, but I can’t identify where I went wrong. Thanks in advance!

Your map’s tile grid seems to be half the size of your tile size, causing tiles to overlap.
