Im using a Isometric tilesheet i got from [Itch.io](http://Itch.io), but the spacing is different from x or y, i.e. The tiles are 16x18y with no y gap but a 2px x gap between tiles and a 1px x gap.

the image is attached above.

However, tiled only is letting me set a universal x AND y margin/spacing. Am i doing something wrong?

No, this is a current limitation of Tiled. Indeed it would be nice to separate these components. For now, I think you should be able to use this tileset by making the one extra pixel in x spacing part of the tile size.
