Is there a website or community somewhere that has existing Tiled maps I can try out? I thought I might find some here but haven’t found any so far.

Not exactly. But you may be able to find some open source games that make their maps in Tiled, such as The Mana World ([https://gitlab.com/evol/clientdata/tree/master/maps](https://gitlab.com/evol/clientdata/tree/master/maps)). Tiled itself also has some examples ([https://github.com/bjorn/tiled/tree/master/examples](https://github.com/bjorn/tiled/tree/master/examples)).
