Can I rotate, flip a whole layer?

Hi. I was wondering if I can flip or rotate a layer once you brushed tiles already.
I searched this forum and found that I can rotate or flip tilesets before its brushed.

However, I reckon we can save heaps of times when we make a layer like a module.
So, what I am looking for is a completed layer(already brushed) that can rotate or flip.

You can select everything in that layer (or even multiple layers at once, if their names are unique), Cut, Paste, flip/rotate, and then place the stamp back into the map as you would any other.
