Hello, when I open a .tmx file and one of the images does not exist, this ad http://imgur.com/2Yqd6hw appears and prevents me from opening the file.

Please, ¿it could create a file search window to locate the new directory of the image?, the image was changed of directory but Tiled prevents me open the file.

I totally agree. This feature has been on the list for a long time already, but I have unfortunately never gotten around to it. There’s an issue about it on github:
