Tiled can't open after update

I use a Windows 7 Home 32 bit
Today I updated my Tiled to try out some new feature but after the update I no longer can open Tiled
Here is the error:

Can somebody help me please!!

PROBLEM SOLVED, I Need to delete the old tiled before install a new one!

Due to a change in the installer, it is not able to upgrade a Tiled installation version 0.18.0 or older. Generally I would advice to uninstall all previous versions properly before installing a newer version.

For upgrading to future versions when you have 0.18.1 or newer already installed, it should not be necessary to do an uninstall first.
