Hi, I’m new to tiled and I need some help.
I’m trying to make a race track with the picture I downloaded but I can not make the track align properly. When I try to make a turn there is always a gap between.
The picture I downloaded is .SVG

Curious tileset. It seems to me like these roads were not designed to be used as tiles. You should be able to edit the SVG to make a proper tileset out of it though.
Or even start from scratch and familiarize yourself with Tiled after you have made the orthogonal roads, before creating the diagonals.

ok thanks, I tought there is some way to make this work like that. 
I will try and edit it in Gimp.
If you’re sticking to the flat style it would probably be better to use Inkscape (with pixel-grid snapping). I also just learned about the existence of Krita. It would allow you to create the basic shape as vectors and add a bit of texture on a separate “paint” (raster) layer in the same document.
