Blank space between Isometric tiles

Hello, I’m new to tiled and the isometric maps in general.
I made a tile (64 x 32) but I get a blanc between the tiles, screen:

Maybe I need to make an image larger than a tile size? (64 x 32)

Are the edges of your tile anti-aliased? You could make the tile graphics slightly larger (or the grid slight smaller), but making sure the edges are sharp should also do the trick.
