Due to the large number of frameworks supporting Tiled maps, it is somewhat unlikely that you’ll find someone lurking here that knows how to work with Tiled maps in RPG Maker MV and can help you with your problem.
I’m assuming you’re using the Tiled Plugin for RPG Maker MV, in which case I can only recommend you carefully read their documentation and if you think you’ve found a bug, to get into contact with its authors through the channels they provided.
