Lane based platformer

Hi. We are planning to make a 2d platformer where the player is constantly running, and where the map is split into two lanes the player can switch between with a jump. Is this possible in Tiled? The lanes should be layed out in the z-depth of the screen.

As far as I know, it should work. Like this for example?

You would need a different tileset to make the split into two lanes.
