Layer mutual exclusion auto mapping rule possible?

Hi,

Is it possible to create an auto mapping rule that creates mutual exclusion between 2 layers. So that when I add any tile to layer 1 and there is any tile in layer 2 the tile in layer 2 is deleted and vice versa.
