Hi, in the current implementation of the ‘replace tile’ feature, it is only accessible (afaik) via the RMB (right mouse button) context menu. Unfortunately, the RMB also selects the object underneath the mouse.
We know that to select overlapping objects we use the Alt+LMB and Tiled cycles through the objects under the cursor. When I finally select the object I want to replace, the RMB overrides the selection. This makes it impossible to replace some objects.
My suggestion here is to enable a hotkey for ‘replace tile’ to avoid using the RMB context menu, and/or change the behaviour of RMB not to do a selection action.
