Currently, when you use “Export as image” feature with “Show tile animations” enabled, the map will be randomly “screenshotted” with whatever tile animation was playing at that moment and put into image. This results in unpredictable image upon export.
I’m not sure what would be a great way to change this, but I propose setting 1st frame of all tile animations before exporting map as image.
I think it’s a good idea, because the exported result is otherwise somewhat random. I’ve introduced this as an option of the map renderer, such that the same logic could be applied in a few other cases where taking into account tile animations made little sense:
