What license is Tiled?

When I looked in the GitHub repo, there were license files for Apache, BSD, and GPL, and the README didn’t specify which is in use. Did I miss something? Is it licensed under all three?

Edit: I found the answer in COPYING - duh, sorry, I don’t know how I missed this.

Thanks for reminding me the file needs updating. It is missing the plugins and some of the more recent tools shipping with Tiled. :-)
