Even tbin.dll plugin is enabled, Tiled can’t still recognize .tbin files. What I should do?

Hmm, that is strange. Normally this should work fine. Does the Tbin file format show up in the filter combo box in the file dialog?
And if the file format is listed, could you try whether the loading issue has anything to do with the special characters in the path? Maybe by just renaming it to something English first.
