"Tiled.dll was not found" when opening .tbin file

When I try to open a tbin file. I get the error
Tiled.dll was not found reinstalling the program may fix the problem
Qt5Core.dll was not found reinstalling the program may fix the problem
Qt5Gui.dll was not found reinstalling the program may fix the problem
Qt5Netowrk.dll was not found reinstalling the program may fix the problem

Anybody any idea what is going wrong?

Did you try reinstalling the program? When this problem occurs, it should help to first uninstall all existing versions of Tiled (from “Add or remove programs” / “Apps & features” or “Uninstall a program” in Control Panel), and then re-install the latest version.
